Dragonchip was founded by former executives of Motorola, Inc., who managed and operated in Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea & Japan. The founding team brought to the Company tremendous working experience in all of the critical fields in which Dragonchip now operates. With a client list that reads like a who's/who of the worlds major electronic manufacturing organizations, the Dragonchip team boasts an extensive business network that reaches key industry players throughout Asia in the areas of fabrication, packaging and testing.
Felix Wong
Chairman & Executive Director
Felix, co-founder of the Company, has over 30 years of experience in semiconductor business. He started his career with Motorola Semiconductors Asia, where, from 1980 through 2001, he served in a variety of finance & business management roles, including the Financial Controller for its Japan Division, and Program Manager for its Network and Communication Systems Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from Oregon State University.

Chief Executive Officer
Fred is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Dragonchip Limited. He is one of the co-founders of Dragonchip Limited.Prior to joining Dragonchip, Fred was with Motorola for about 10 years and his last assignment in Motorola was Marketing Manager. Before that, Fred worked for IBM HK/China.Fred graduated from Hong Kong City University in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
Robert Hu
Chief Technology Officer
Robert, co-founder of the Company, has over 18 years of experience in IC design. He started his career as a senior engineer in Acer Computer Taiwan. After that, from 1992 to 2000, he joined Motorola Semiconductor Taiwan design center as an IC designer and played all the design related roles including system design/circuit design/RTL coding and back-end layout/verification. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Physics from Chiao-Tung University Taiwan and a master degree in Electric Engineering from Taiwan University.
